The Motorola RAZR (commonly known as "Razor" pronounced) is one of the most successful model from Motorola in mobile phone history. Because of its unique and striking appearance, the Motorola RAZR was initially marketed as a fashion phone in 2004.Over his four years running since 2004, Motorola sold more than 110 million units. PC World (a renowned computer magazine) put the RAZR at # 12 in The 50 Greatest Gadgets of the last 50 years.Since its release, Motorola has several models made sequel to the original. Here is a list of some of the most popular modes of the Motorola RAZR.

Motorola RAZR V3x On 21 November 2005, a CDMA2000 (a hybrid technology 2.5G/3G) version of the RAZR, known as the RAZR V3x, available to Alltel, SaskTel, and Verizon Wireless users. In contrast to models for Alltel and other carriers, Verizon V3c has a proprietary user interface and disabled in the software, Bluetooth file transfer functions. The RAZR V3c supports CDMA 2000 1xRTT and 1xEV-DO third-generation wireless technologies, although this technology may not be available. It also has approximately 41.2 MB of internal memory, although only about 36 MB are available.The V3c does not support an expandable memory card.
Motorola RAZR V3m V3m is a CDMA version of the RAZR. As an upgrade to the V3c, it has a microSD card slot for up to 2 GB memory expansion, a longer battery life, and 40MB internal memory.
Motorola RAZR V3x Outwardly, it seems a larger RAZR V3, but with improvements like a 2.0 megapixel camera. Internally, it is very different, using a different microprocessor, chipset, an Nvidia GoForce 4500 GPU, and radio ICs.
